We bought a pool this summer and are newbies. We had great service and knowledgeable staff. But we took some bad advice from a friend about what to use in our pool against Family Leisure's warnings and ended up with a green pool! Family Leisure didn't bat an eye when I brought our nasty water in for testing & HELP. They fixed us right up with a smile and welcomed us back! We will NEVER go anywhere else for our pool needs!
Went and talked to Doug he was great not pushy at all, we ended up buying a pool they came and dug and prepared then came back and set up the pool. Excellent Place an friendly staff.
I have nothing but absolute great things to say about Family Leisure and everyone that works for them.. Not only did we get a great deal on our new pool, it was quick, it was professional, and and they were all friendly!

We have owned a pool for 20 plus years. It was time to replace so decided to go to family leisure. The shopping and purchase of the 52" deep x 24' round pool was a good experience. Called the next week to come and set it up and this is where the problem began. We were gonna put the pool in the same area it was before. The installer had to make the spot bigger to to be able to install but should have only made a 27' area to install pool and we wound up with 33' one way and 30' the other by 24" deep all which had to be back filled by us. He didn't offer to try to fill any of it since he messed it up. Also I bought a deeper pool thinking it would be better and after the installation it isn't as deep as my old 4' one. Needless to say I am not pleased with the installation. I would however recommend family leisure for any purchase of this kind. Very knowledgeable.
I appreciate the integrity of Family Leisure. The owner is caring and committed too doing what is right for the customer. I have been a customer for 7 years and will be customer for life. The customer service is the Best and the education they have given me to be able to have a pool has been amazing . Dennis and Walter Thank you for your generosity and Patience . These guys are amazing! Aj, Bryan, Anthony and Glen were so helpful when I purchased my spa. I installed the spa in Pigeon Forge and hooked up the electrical. It wasn't sounding right so the staff reached out to an authorized installer and had him check it out and even offered to drive down if that didn't work. It turns out the breaker wasn't big enough to pull the correct amount of amps. Service like this is becoming nonexistent and I normally don't write reviews but I thought thses guys deserved to be recognized. Thank you
I ordered a Wolff tanning bed. From my first phone call through delivery and set up they were great . I had a small issue with the bed. They responded quickly and sent out 2 of the nicest guys to fix the problem . I would definitely recommend them .
I had a hot tub delivered today by John and David. They were very professional and knowledgeable, and took their time to ensure that they didn't damage the tub or anything else. They also took the trash with them when they left. I'm very pleased with the service.
Store salesman was congenial and helpful. I purchased a pool table and the set up was good but service has been terrible. Had two appointments and no one showed up for either. Still trying to get table leveled. Not an impressive showing on service.
