Words can’t express how pleased I was with my recent visit to Family Leisure. Earlier in the week, I was informed that one of th pieces that I put in layaway was no longer available, and asked to come by, to work it out. Wasn’t expecting to be beyond satisfied. Mgr. Louis Graves worked tirelessly to find a replacement and listened to my needs and FIXED it better than the original order was. We bought additional side tables and a wonderful umbrella. The entire experience was amazing and looking forward to the delivery of my new outside living furniture. Thanks to the entire staff of Family Leisure/ Memphis. We have been looking for patio furniture close to 2 years and had yet to find what we liked. Yesterday, we walked into Family Leisure and were immediately impressed with the friendliness, product knowledge and professionalism of both Jim Hildebrand and Rachel Chandler. They went above and beyond to help us find the perfect patio set for our needs and made sure that we were 100% pleased with our selection before we purchased it. They made us feel so welcome to wonder the store and confident with our final decision. They answered all of our questions, plus they offered ideas that we had not thought of initially. We went to Family Leisure to buy a pool last week and Waylon Chapman was our salesman. He was so informative about every thing. We have had a pool for a long time but a lot of things has changed since we got ours, we asked questions and he answered them. He is a great salesman.
We shopped at the Memphis Store and found the personal friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. We bought a spa and a gazebo. Billy Conalley treated us like family. We feel we did more than make a purchase, we made friends.
