All cushions carry the limited one-year warranty that covers normal usage. This warranty does not apply to cushions used in a commercial setting. This warranty does not apply to any negative condition as a result of abuse or misuse of the cushion, insufficient care, cleaning or maintenance. If submitting a warranty request, proof of purchase is required in the form of a receipt or invoice. In addition, the manufacturer may require photographs or inspection of the cushion under warranty.
Once your warranty claim is accepted, your replacement cushion or cushions may have fabric that varies slightly in composition and color from the original warrantied cushion due to differences in the dye lots. If matching fabrics or cushions are unavailable for replacement or repair, the manufacturers possess the right to substitute materials of better or equal value. Shipping charges within the continental United States for cushions approved under warranty coverage will be covered by Family Leisure or the manufacturer for up to one year from the date of purchase. If the cushion has been used for an extended period, there could be a pro-rated charge for this time.
This warranty supplants all previous warranties. Each replacement cushion is covered by the original one-year retail warranty that covered the cushion it replaced, granted at the time of retail purchase, and expires when this original one-year retail warranty period is over.
