Large tempered glass and an electric halogen oven light allows easy viewing. The large capacity oven has a 22.7 gallon capacity and comes with a convenient warming drawer. The Fornetto-Alto can be heated with either wood or charcoal; and it performs equally well as a convection oven or smoker. Standard equipment included with the unit is a pizza stone, stainless steel baking racks, fire bricks, shelving, tool caddy and a heavy duty oven cover.
