JT was absolutely amazing! My husband and I could not have asked for anyone more knowledgeable. We were here just to look, and ended up buying a pool before we left! He had an answer for every question we asked and then some. He was very patient and fun to work with. We did not feel as though we were being pressured into a purchase as we feel the majority of the time when we work with salesman. I would recommend this place to anyone as long as JT is part of the package :)

Our Hanamint Newport table and chairs just arrived. We are thrilled with the quality and look of the furniture.

We are even more thrilled with the customer service we received from Family Leisure. David was our salesman and he did an outstanding job of getting our furniture to us in a timely manner.

There was a time crunch because we had to go out of town and the furniture did not get to the delivery company in time for them to schedule a delivery before we left town. I called David to let him know and he somehow made it happen that we got our furniture the very next day.

I would like to comment on my purchases from Family Leisure. This is my first year to have an above ground pool . The customer service I have experienced with this company has been outstanding. The training on their website has made my experience " trouble free". I encourage anyone purchasing a pool to use this company.

I ordered several products for closing my pool and found that I could not find the winter wrap on the site. I just happened to make a comment in the suggestion box, and to my surprise .... received a call from the company within minutes. I have enjoyed my experience with my above ground pool and hope to have hours of family entertainment in the future.

Had a great experience buying and getting help w/ my new 18 ft 54 in pool. Scott got me a great deal, the installers were very professional, and the guys on the dock have been great! Austin did great pool school and Greg answered all my start up questions on the phone and my water got tested and was perfect.
