The Bison is a 30-inch grill head that is construction of the tough, long lasting 304-grade 18-gauge stainless steel. The grill head runs with charcoal and is meant to slide into a cutout on your grill island or outdoor kitchen. The grilling space features the best material in the business- solid stainless steel grates- to support your meal while it cooks over the charcoal. The hood and firebox feature useful vents that allow air to circulate to distribute and move the smoky flavor properly. Charcoal holding bins and a manual charcoal elevation adjuster allow you to completely control the exposure to charcoal. A lot of charcoal grills give off smoke to the point that it’s uncomfortable to be in the area.
