Goodbye Watson's , Hello Family Leisure!!! What a face lift for an establishment. It has been 10 years since I've been to the store on Pendleton Pike in Indianapolis until last weekend(7-10-2010). By far the best showroom in the state. I just stopped by for a couple cases of chlorine and was amazed by the change. Smiling employees , Clean atmosphere, and the Guy in the Warehouse had my Chlorine ready for me when I got to the pick up area. After Talking with Nick , I was happy to Find out how and why the Name change Came About. I will be back for My Patio Furniture in the future!!
I purchased a pool at Watsons or Family Leisure in June 2010. My whole experiance was excellent.

My salesman was Billy. He walked me through every step that would take place and it did. Once my pool was installed I was ready to go swimming, so I thought. My liner was leaking so I called the service Department and explained my situation and they set me up an appointment for the end of the week. I thought to myself and said that is to long to wait for an appointment on a new pool that I have not even got in it yet. So I to speak to the store manager and was given Darrell Burton.

When I told him my problem, He said Miss Reed I will Have Someone out to your home today to drain your pool and schedule you for a liner change for tomorrow in the A.M. and buddy he did. I appreciated his professional attitude and for caring about my situation the way he did. I love my pool and look forward to doing business with you all in the future.

First, let me say that I do not work for Watson's Family Leisure, and that we had a good salesman, no pressure, and everything was explained well.

We worked with Doug Miller at the Nashville location.

To be perfectly honest, the crew showed up exactly when they said they would, as I requested very early , first appointment, so I was a little suprised that they were there as early as they said they would be. They went right to work, and had it up and started filling the pool in a little over 2 hours.

There was a minor issue, and when I explained that to Jeremy in customer service ( not just a name of the counter area, but a place where you will actually get real customer service) he scheduled me for a service call, and they came right out, and took care of the problem, just as they said they would.

I was a little suprised, but not any more.

My wife and I attended a "pool school" on Saturday morning where the "Pool Guy" goes over everything that you need to do to keep your pool crystal clear, and ready to swim.

I really couldn't believe that everything worked out as smoothly as it did.

I went back buy and exchanged a couple of items, all without any hassel.

Watson's Family Leisure gets my vote.
Thank you Family Leisure for a great experience! We purchased a pool from Pool & Spa Depot and three (3) weeks later they were giving us excuses as to why they couldn't install our pool. We finally became disgusted with their lies and cancelled that order. The same day we cancelled with Pool and Spa Depot we bought a pool from you. The salesperson, Doug Miller, was extremely helpful and friendly. We were told the pool would be installed the next Tuesday (June 15) if rain didn't prevent the work being done. I am happy to say the installation crew was here on Tuesday the 15th June! Our pool is filling with water as I type this. The installation crew, (I'm sorry I don't know all their names, there were four and one was Bill Luther) was very professional, friendly and hard workers. They did an excellent job! We are so pleased with our whole experience with Family Leisure and will highly reccommend you to our family and friends!
I hope that customers will read this is they have any hesitation in purchasing a product from this company.

I want to let you know that I have never been more impressed with any store in my life as this one.

The customer service is 100% plus. Noah in customer relations has gone out of his way to special order a item. I had already paid for this item and I received a email the next day apoligizing that the item was not available and that he credited my payment. I responded asking him if they were getting any more in and he did not think they would. I proceeded to let him know that I had been looking for this item for over a year and this was the only place I had found it.
I also told him how dissapointed I was because I so exited and really really wanted one.
He emailed me the same day and said he would try and locate it for me. I know they have to order a more than one because they are only sold in quantity. I offered to pay for the other ones.

He contacted me the next day and informed me they had found one it was on its way and that it would be mailed out asap and they would bill me then.
I am amazed that noah and this company responed to my first email much less to have gone to such great lenghts, any other company would be sorry and not care if I ever came back again.

I can go on and on but I wont.

Thanks for the quick response. This is the second year I will be using the Perma Salt System and I must tell you last year was a breeze. I have been shocking the pool now until I receive the Preparate and am looking forward to not having to use the chemicals.
