I would like to comment on my purchases from Family Leisure. This is my first year to have an above ground pool . The customer service I have experienced with this company has been outstanding. The training on their website has made my experience " trouble free". I encourage anyone purchasing a pool to use this company.

I just happened to make a comment in the suggestion box, and to my surprise .... received a call from the company within minutes. Austin did great pool school and Greg answered all my start up questions on the phone and my water got tested and was perfect.

We recently replaced our 16 year old above ground pool. Our second pool purchased from Family Leisure. Both times we got a great package deal. With coaching from Kevin White, our service manager, we completed the installation ourselves. We are so happy with the quality and looks of the pool. We love the liner they recommended.

The only issue we had is our solar cover came unglued at the seam. But we brought it back and a replacement was given no questions. I love this store because of the variety of products and the great deals they offer
