Just a note to say we finished our first season with our Above Ground Pool purchased last spring. We are using the Perma Salt system and I never had a problem with it ALL SUMMER LONG! Having been a pool owner in the past I was very impressed that it was SO EASY and my water was clear ALL the time. And this year we had an unusual amount of rainfall that normally would have sent my chemicals into a tailspin. But with the permasalt system it was EFFORTLESS! Everyone at Family Leisure in Lakeville was great to work with! Whenever I had a question it was promptly and professionally answered! The team that installed my pool was wonderful as well. The pool is closed now for the winter (Great video's on closing the pool) Everything put away and tucked away and looking forward to next spring! Thank You SO Much! 10 Star Rating!
We were looking for a new above ground pool for our family. We went to family leisure seeking advice and information. We met with Scott Bronaugh (senior sales rep) to see their selections and options. We were blown away with Scott's knowledge and expertise of pools. He explained the differences in pools, cleaning systems, and maintenance. He made our decision for selecting a pool easy. I feel that Scott was just not trying to sell us a pool but he wanted to give our family the best pool. We feel very happy with our decision and that thanks to Scott's expertise. Purchased a Hot Tub and everything need to get it set up from Scott Bronaugh, he was the bomb so very helpful and went the extra extra mile... I then went back an purchased and extra large umbrella with stand and he personally came after he got off work and help me set it up... Am looking to purchase a massage chair and I will definitely see Scott for this as well... Have not had a problem with Scott or anyone at Family Leisure.
Just a quick note to acknowledge the great service provided by Lisa Ball in our purchase of two Goalilla CV60 basketball goals. It is so satisfying to do business with someone who is friendly, efficient and competent.
We ordered a message chair. Big bucks! Well worth it. Our delivery guy (Dawayne) did a fantastic job with set up and explanation. It was delivered fast and ahead of the time we were told. We couldn't be more than happy with our fourth big purchase with Family Leisure. We still enjoy our tanning bed and pool table. Great quaility and money well spent there.
We just moved into a new home in Bargersville and were having the worst time finding a store that had the right type of dining room table we needed to fit into out kitchen. We wanted something with some height, black, a stain resistant top and within a specific price range.
We had been to five different stores previously, and when we walked into Family Leisure my husband and I spotted the perfect table for us. Not only did the table have the height we wanted, it also had a middle piece that can be added to it for a longer length when entertaining guests or adding a centerpiece. Stain resistant, and a rustic look we were looking for that was perfect for our new kitchen.
We were nervous since we lived so far away from the store that delivery may take a week or two until the table would arrive, but to our delight the table is set for delivery on Thursday.

Service and delivery were excellent. Our Avon pool table with table tennis conversion top was just right for our family room.
Initially, we noticed a slight flaw in four of the pockets (the leather was paper thin and began peeling within a week of light use). Rob assured us that the pockets would be replaced at no charge (we live 70 miles from the store). True to their word, Family Leisure followed up and took care of the problem.
Overall, a good purchase experience. If we had to do it all over, we would choose Family Leisure again.

We received the umbrella. That completes our order. All of the items were delivered without any damage. The delivery team was very pleasant and efficient.
We love the Tuscan design, it is beautiful. Unfortunately we have to wait a couple of weeks for the sealing of the sandstone patio. Once that is completed, the furniture will be moved onto its final resting place.
It has been an absolute pleasure doing business with you. You remained on top of our order throughout the long timeline and addition of the bar stools. The cushions and umbrella look wonderful together. We are looking forward to many years of enjoying the furnishings.

JT was absolutely amazing! My husband and I could not have asked for anyone more knowledgeable. We were here just to look, and ended up buying a pool before we left! He had an answer for every question we asked and then some. He was very patient and fun to work with. We did not feel as though we were being pressured into a purchase as we feel the majority of the time when we work with salesman. I would recommend this place to anyone as long as JT is part of the package :)
