ESB provides 50% more tanning power than other similar models by using a lamp that has a built-in reflector, as well as a highly reflective shield behind it. On many beds, you lose half of the UV output due to the rays emitting on the backside of the bulb. In addition to these standard lamps, the Avalon uses two different styles of unique exclusive lamps. One type is a facial swirl that allows the tanning rays to hit all angles and contours of your face. Another type of lamp is blue and pink and focuses on the sides of the body and your arms. Outside of going to a salon and using a top level commercial unit, the 32 Avalon is far away the best performing bed that you can put in your home.
