The Adventure Outlook 1 by Backyard Adventures features everything any child needs to experience a backyard adventure everyday. The fort offers over 20 square feet of playing space and has a 5' high deck. It features a heavy-duty tarp roof and is accessible by the handy ladder. Beneath the fort is a handy picnic table. The swing beam is 8' tall and has a 45" cross brace with three positions for two swings and a trapeze or additional optional accessories. The 10' green wave slide and 5' rock wall with quarry climbers ensures your little adventurers will be spending a lot more time outdoors this summer. The 10 year warranty includes all wood components, metal and hardware.
