The Jennings Project is a shining example of a full-bodied outdoor kitchen that will serve its homeowners for years to come, with effective outdoor cooking components and a welcoming entertaining space for family and guests. The pergola is a pitch-style pergola in a 16 x 16 pavilion format. Four painted white 10’’ columns hold up the top, which features a deep stained cedar and bronze polycarbonate canopy. The pergola features lighting and fan, and the protective canopy pairing allows for practical use of the outdoor kitchen, rain or shine, daytime or night. The outdoor kitchen features an L-shape formation, with an expansive 114’’ bar countertop. The kitchen is built with Wolfscreek stacked stone on all four sides and a black spice granite top. The island is built to house components to make wining and dining a breeze, including a Saber 500 BI Grill, a Titan single door for storage space, and a Titan Indoor Rated Locking Refrigerator. The whole thing runs with a convenient built in electrical GFI, and everything illuminates with underbar rope lighting that sits under the bar’s ledge. With the help of Family Leisure’s designers and construction crews, the Jennings family is now the proud owner of a fully functioning outdoor kitchen and dining space.
