The Brahma Cart is a self-contained cooking unit that delivers ease of operation from start to finish. First, you’ll ignite the burners with a push-to-light piezo ignition. That means, no fussing with battery powered or electric-reliant starters. And, the supply of natural gas never runs out! That means you’ll never walk out with your platter of pork shoulder and find your grill unable to light. When you ignite the burners, you can walk away and let the grill get to the perfect heat. The double lined hood will contain the heat, and the analog thermometer will let you know when it’s ready. If it’s nighttime, engage the twin lights that are located on the inside of the grill to help you cook. Cook on your choice of separately controlled burners and rotisserie. Cook to your perfection. Turn off the burners, cover the Brahma and kiss it goodnight. Your future together is bright.
