Woodard starts with strong and lightweight aluminum for the frames, which are powder coated with rust inhibitors and sealed to lock out moisture, dirt and grime. The organic wicker look is achieved using all-weather virgin vinyl, a synthetic material that carries no recycled impurities. Woodard constructs these chaise lounges by hand, utilizing skilled craftsmen to shape, place, weld and finish the aluminum, as well as wrap the frame with synthetic wicker. You can rely on Woodard's attention to detail, which has allowed them to maintain a presence in the patio furniture industry for more than 100 years.
