Cushion Shipping & Handling
Shipping is free on all cushions. Most cushions are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. Delivery lead time for cushion orders runs approximately 2 - 3 weeks. Cushion options stating "In-stock" will ship next day. Delivery times in the continental United States for in-stock cushion orders range between 2-5 days depending on location. Please call for all in stock options. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when the order has been shipped.
Some large cushion orders may require curbside freight delivery. Freight deliveries are only to addresses that are accessible to a full size semi-truck. Delivery times are the same regarding in-stock cushions or custom cushions mentioned above (3 - 4 weeks for custom orders; 5-7 business days for in-stock cushion orders). A tracking number will be provided so the purchaser can track their shipment. A delivery service representative will contact the purchaser to schedule a delivery date, and a signature will be required upon delivery. Cushions will be delivered to the nearest street side location. Free curbside shipping does not include bringing the item into the garage, carport or home. With this shipping option the customer carries the responsibility to unpack and complete the in-home portion of the delivery.
Since most cushions are made to order, outside of product defects or shipping damage, cushions are non-returnable. Please take accurate measurements and double check your order at the time of purchase, as online orders are final.
