Terms and Conditions for Family Leisure's Contest Giveaway

1. This giveaway is subject to the specific directions published for the giveaway on this website and/or any other printed materials. In the case of conflict between these rules and such specific directions/terms and conditions, these rules shall prevail. By participating in this giveaway, you are deemed to accept these rules and the specific directions/terms and conditions applicable to the relevant giveaway.

2. Giveaway is limited to one entry per person.

3. Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

4. Employees and agents of Family Leisure or any company connected with the production of this giveaway are not eligible to take part in the applicable giveaway, nor are their relatives or members of their families or households.

5. Claimants under 18 years of age are prohibited from entering the giveaway. Giveaways are restricted to claimants of age 18 years or over.

6. Failure to claim a reward or other giveaway item within 15 days of notification will make any claim invalid.

7. Prizes will be awarded within 30 days of the conclusion of the Contest Giveaway.

8. Giveaway items are not transferable.

9. Family Leisure reserves the right in their sole discretion: (a) to disqualify any claimant, competitor or nominee whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of the rules or the intention of the giveaway or for any other reason Family Leisure deems appropriate and to declare as void any or all of their claims or entries; (b) to declare as void any claims or entries resulting from any printing, production and/or distribution errors (including but not limited to any error(s) on this website and/or other printed materials) or where there has been error(s) in any aspect of the preparation for or conduct of the giveaway materially affecting the result of the giveaway or the number of claimants or the value of claims; (c) to add to or to waive any rules on reasonable notice; to cancel the giveaway or any part of it at any stage in the event of circumstances beyond Family Leisure's reasonable control.
