Leisure Select Lifetime Pool Table Warranty

Leisure Select warrants the components of your pool table to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own it, as follows:

Leisure Select, or any of its authorized service dealers, will provide parts required to repair, or, at Leisure Select’s sole option, to replace any of the above components covered by this warranty, found to be defective in materials and workmanship.

PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
If any component needs to be replaced under the terms described above and that component does not meet with your satisfaction, the manufacturer will replace the entire table with a comparably priced table at no charge to you. THIS GUARANTEE does not imply the replacement of the entire pool table, unless replacement of such parts prove defective, and meets the standards provided in the body of the Performance Guarantee. Also, this Guarantee does not cover cloth, pockets, accessories, or table leveling.

EXCLUSIONS
- Leisure Select’s responsibilities under this warranty shall not extend to any of the following:
-Subsequent purchasers: this warranty extends to the original purchaser only.
- Repairs or replacements required as a result of abuse, neglect, alterations, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other natural calamity, abnormal playing conditions, accidental damage, or improper installation by someone other than Leisure Select or its authorized dealer.
-Repair or replacement of the bed cloth, table pockets or playing accessories.
-Table leveling.
-Incidental costs or damages arising out of alleged defective components or from its repair or replacement.­

THIS WARRANTY is the entire understanding between you and Leisure Select of the warranty coverage for your pool table. Leisure Select makes no other warranties, express or implied, other than those set forth in this document, nor does it authorize any person or entity to assume any other obligation or liability in connection with your pool table. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. In addition, you may have other legal rights who may vary from state to state.
